A referral pathway for your CPAP-intolerant OSA patients — with objective multi-night outcome data returned to you on every case.

The problem we solve for your practice

Every sleep practice carries patients who declined, abandoned, or cannot tolerate positive airway pressure. They remain symptomatic and untreated. Airway.Dental provides oral appliance therapy for this population under the joint AASM/AADSM clinical practice guideline: you diagnose and prescribe; we fit and manage a custom, titratable appliance.

How it works

Why multi-night data

Night-to-night AHI variability is well documented; single-night snapshots can mislead titration decisions. Every Airway.Dental patient is tracked across 10–20 nights, giving you a stable picture of treatment response — including hypoxic burden, the emerging metric most closely tied to cardiovascular outcomes.

Questions, or want to see a sample report?

We are glad to visit your office — or send a de-identified sample of the multi-night report your patients would receive. Call either office or contact us here.

Oral appliance therapy provided per the joint AASM/AADSM clinical practice guideline (Ramar et al., J Clin Sleep Med 2015). SleepImage System FDA clearance K182618. No sleep testing is used for diagnosis in-house.
