Focused care for snoring, sleep apnea, and airway health — for adults and children. Every plan starts with a conversation and, when it makes sense, a simple home sleep test worn in your own bed. Here is what we offer and how each step works.
Diagnosis starts where you actually sleep — your own bed. Instead of a night in a lab, you wear a small, comfortable home sleep test (often no bigger than a ring) for a night or two. It quietly records your breathing, oxygen, and sleep patterns so we can see what is really happening overnight.
A custom oral appliance is a mask-free alternative to CPAP for many people with snoring and obstructive sleep apnea. Worn like a retainer, it gently holds your lower jaw forward to keep the airway open while you sleep — small, quiet, and easy to travel with.
Many people are diagnosed with sleep apnea, try CPAP, and simply cannot live with the mask, the noise, or the pressure. You are not out of options. We help people who have struggled with CPAP find a comfortable, effective path forward — often with an oral appliance, alone or alongside their current therapy.
How a child breathes and sleeps shapes how they grow, focus, and feel. Snoring, mouth-breathing, restless sleep, or daytime crankiness are not always things to simply outgrow — they can be signs the airway needs attention. We look for what others often miss, early.
For moderate to severe sleep apnea, the best results sometimes come from pairing therapies rather than choosing just one. Combining an oral appliance with CPAP can lower the pressure you need — often making CPAP far more tolerable — so you stay on effective treatment instead of giving up on it.
Most oral appliance care is adjusted by feel — you report how you slept, and the device is nudged accordingly. Our Verified Titration Protocol (VTP™) does it differently: we confirm each adjustment with objective, nightly SleepImage data, so we can see whether your airway is actually improving — not just guess.
